TERMS OF SERVICE


Clients at Finer Hosting are fully responsible for any content that is on their account, whether put up by themselves or visitors. Note that Finer Hosting is not responsible for any damages that are done by clients, as they are fully responsible for their content. By purchasing a service or product, you agree to the following terms and you agree to abide by our acceptable policy.


Late Payments

Note that clients will not have access to their files if account payment is unpaid. Clients are subject to a late fee if necessary. Clients that have not paid their hosting bill for 14+ are subject to have all data destroyed on their account.


Money Back Guarantee

Note that specific services rendered by Finer Hosting are subject to a money back guarantee, but the refund amount is under the discretion of Finer Hosting. Any extra fees incurred by users fault are not subject to refund, such as late fee.


Suspensions

In the event that an account is suspended, it is subject to a fine if the Terms of Service was violated. Note that Finer Hosting has no responsibility to provide notice to a suspension. If a permanent suspension is placed on an account, the user will have maximum of 7 days to retrieve his files from the server before the content is destroyed.


Valid Information

Note that if the user does not provide valid information upon signup, Finer Hosting is subject to close the account with no notice. The user will have 7 days to retrieve his files from the server before the content is destroyed.


Compliance With law

Note that all content must abide with United States Law. Any content that is considerably breaking US Law will be subject to suspension. Users must also abide by their local law with content on the account.


CPU Overload

If an account is causing a significant amount of overload to the CPU, their account is subject to suspension or deletion.

 

DMCA and Legal

Finer Hosting is not responsible for any legal fees from the client's failure to abide by a legal notification once Finer Hosting has sent the notification to the client's email on system. You agree to remove infringed material immediately or face termination for recurring failure to abide by our requests.
